1. Reaction conditions for preparing isobornyl acetate from camphene using D72 resin as catalyst were studied. When D72 resin was in stirring state and in fixed bed conditions were compared.

2. The reaction of camphene with ethyl alcohol to gi ve isobornyl ethyl ether under microwave irradiation was studied.
